I just wanted to say thank you again for our wonderful wedding cake. It was EXACTLY what I'd hoped for - elegant, simple, beautiful and delicious! I had some of each of the layers, and loved them all (although nothing could surpass the coconut as far as I'm concerned)...

The cake was amazing. It was the centrepiece for the surprise, and Dad loved it. Everyone agreed it was genuinely the best cake we'd ever eaten. The only downside was the rather intense argument we all had about who would be taking the remaining portions home!

I worked with Catherine to come up with a Birthday cake creation for my sister. Once complete, I have to say it was an absolute vision to the point where one just didn't want to ruin it by eating it. Clearly we had to overcome that and I have to say it was one of the tastiest chocolate cakes I have ever had the pleasure of eating. Thank you so much Catherine.
